ARE YOU AN OUT OF STATE ATTORNEY WITH A CLIENT TO REFER?
Our Orlando, Florida law firm has a special concentration in representing out-of-state and international visitors to Florida who have been injured here while on vacation, holiday, convention visits or during business trips. Because of that, we often get referrals from lawyers in other states and British and Irish Solicitors who are looking to refer clients who have a vaiety of personal injury, auto negligence and wrongful death cases.
Our firm pays the maximum fee allowable in Florida-- 25% of the total attorney's fee collected goes to the referring lawyer. In exchange for this referral fee, the referring lawyer must simply be "available for consultation" during the course of the case. Copies of the clients contracts and other important communications are also copied to the referring lawyer.
The Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct provides that a referring or associating attorney may share in a contingency fee. Attorney's fees are regulated by the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct (ethics rules). The Rule regarding attorney's fees is RULE 4-1.5 - FEES FOR LEGAL SERVICES and can be found on the Florida Bar Website HERE.
Here in Central Florida we are the vacation capital of the world. We have the financial resources, experience and tenacity to go after the larger corporations and represent a personal injury client you would refer.
